SID Data Pie Charts
During the period from 10th July to 4th September, the new ‘SID’s – ( Speed Indication Devices) were monitored and the data recorded. You will find below the pie charts for the four locations monitored in Nuthurst Parish during this period.

Currently we are trying four different set plans;
We turn the signs round 180 degrees and hopefully it seems like a random plan which keeps drivers on their toes ( and not on the accelerator !! ) The thing to look for on the PIE charts are the results of the first three boxes – all at or below 40 mph. The results, so far, for three of the signs are slightly better than expected. The results for the old Police House are much better the expected for reasons unknown. It is early days but it looks as if we have made a sound investment. Two other Parish Councils have been in contact asking for advice.
